Working With The Chair

Open to all Iyengar Yoga Students with 6 months of experience

Come and explore the many ways we can do an Iyengar Practice entirely using a chair!

Discover how using a chair can deepen and enhance the practice of Yogasana.

Using a chair as a prop in your practice can help you to:

  • perform asanas which are difficult to perform independently
  • achieve and maintain correct alignment during the practice
  • stay longer and relax in challenging asanas, in order to attain their full benefit
  • study and investigate the asanas in greater depth

Eating Psychology – A New Holistic Approach to Food and Body

As an Eating Psychology Coach, I wanted to share this information with you because it is definitely related to our Mind Body connection, just like yoga. It also is deeply tied to our own personal relationship with food and how we can find what our body truly needs leading to optimum health.  Nutrition For Your Soul is for anyone wanting to reach their true potential around food, body or health. Eating Psychology is an exciting new way of Health Coaching. I completed my training through the Institute for The Psychology of Eating, the worlds leading school in nutritional psychology. I offer one-on-one coaching to my clients as well as group programs.

I am also a Certified Digestive Intensive Graduate of the Holistic Nutrition Lab Program with Andrea Nakayama who founded what is now called Functional Nutrition Alliance. I am currently enrolled in their Full Body Systems program which trains practitioners in Functional Nutrition.

I am skilled in helping you or anyone you know who may need help with:

  • Nutrition, Weight Concerns, Emotional Eating, Overeating, Binge Eating, Body Image Challenges, Chronic Dieting
